Who we are
This website is run by Heritage Social. If you have any questions about this page or your data, email [email protected].
Analytics
We use analytics to understand which pages and resources are useful, so we can improve them. We never use analytics for advertising, and we don’t send your name, email address or payment details to any analytics tool.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Our website is delivered by Cloudflare, which counts page views without using cookies or storing anything on your device. It doesn’t track you across websites or build a profile of you. Because it stores nothing on your device, it runs for every visitor.
Google Analytics
With your permission, we also use Google Analytics. It sets cookies so it can tell how many people visit, how they arrive, which pages they view, and which buttons they use, such as downloading a resource, starting a checkout, or getting in touch. Google Analytics doesn’t store IP addresses, and we have switched off Google’s advertising features.
Google Analytics only runs if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or don’t choose, it isn’t loaded and no Google cookies are set.

Buying from us
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you buy a resource, Stripe collects your payment details and email address to take payment and send your receipt, under Stripe’s privacy policy. We can see your name, email address and what you bought in our Stripe account, so we can help if there’s a problem with your order. We don’t see your full card details.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops straight away and its cookies are removed.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
